I'm Andrew McKinney, a real estate broker with Donnelly + Co., a full-service office in Boston's Back Bay. I'm also a licensed attorney. Over the past 15 years I've helped clients complete more than $400 million in real estate transactions across Greater Boston, and I bring a skill set most agents don't have.

I started my career in law. I worked as a litigation paralegal and then as a litigation attorney at Melick, Porter & Shea and at Murphy & Riley. I handled general litigation, insurance defense and professional liability matters. My clients ranged from small start-ups to large insurance companies, and my work was resolving lawsuits and business problems in their favor. I was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2005 and the U.S. Federal Bar in 2006. I also earned an MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management, along with my JD from Suffolk University Law School. Before that, I studied Philosophy and Legal Studies at Wheaton College.

In 2009 I moved into residential real estate as an associate broker at Buyers Brokers Only, LLC. For more than a decade I worked there as an exclusive buyer's agent while the firm grew into one of the region's largest exclusive buyer agencies. That experience taught me how to negotiate on the client's side of the table, every time. Since 2020 I've represented buyers, sellers and investors in every market segment, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers and luxury clients.

My work centers on Boston, and it reaches Brookline, Cambridge, Newton, Wellesley, Lexington, Needham, Arlington, Waltham, Medford, Dedham, Westwood and Natick. I explain contracts in plain English, I give honest advice, and I watch out for your interests at every step.

Outside of work, I'm a former competitive tennis player and instructor, and I still love health and fitness. I'd love to help you with your next move.
